Addressing Regulatory Burdens of the E-Rate Program

The American Library Association submitted reply comments to the Federal Communications Commission regarding the In Re: Delete, Delete, Delete request for comments. ALA's comments focused on the E-Rate program. ALA supported comments from:

• The Schools, Health & Libraries Broadband Coalition,
• The Los Angeles Unified School District,
• On-Tech Consulting, Inc, and
• The Corporation for Education Network Initiatives in California.

ALA opposed comments from the Competitive Enterprise Institute, the Heritage Foundation, and the US Chamber of Commerce.
