RiverStreet Files CAF Update

RiverStreet Communications of Virginia submited its twelfth quarterly report associated with the gap in meeting its December 31, 2022, interim milestone obligation for its Connect American Fund Phase II (CAF II) auction support (Compliance Gap). RiverStreet has deployed broadband to 115 locations since the company’s eleventh Quarterly Report filed on March 2, 2026 and, to date, RiverStreet has deployed broadband to a total of 7,327 locations. Since its Eleventh Quarterly Report, RiverStreet has continued its efforts to close the Compliance Gap. Specifically, during the period between March 1, 2026, and May 31, 2026, the company completed additional construction activity, advanced remaining deployment planning, and continued construction readiness across its Virginia CAF II project areas. During this period, RiverStreet also secured additional right-of-way permits, continued progress related to remote site acquisition, and further aligned project documentation, permitting, and field coordination activities necessary to support continued broadband deployment. RiverStreet is also expanding its network of contractors to scale up capacity and boost its remaining deployment efforts. These actions are intended to improve execution readiness, accelerate construction, and support the company’s continued progress toward full compliance with its applicable build-out obligations.
