Georgia's BEAD Final Proposal Public Comment Period Closes September 1

Georgia has drafted its final proposal for the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program. The Georgia Technology Authority is seeking public comments before submitting the proposal to the National Telecommunications and Information Administration. Submit comments by 11:59 p.m. on September 1, 2025. GTA is attempting to connect 119,500 locations; the state's BEAD allocation is
