Broadband expansion in Beauregard Parish continues to drive Louisiana toward full connectivity

A broadband expansion project in Beauregard Parish adds to the growing number of Louisiana communities gaining access to reliable, high-speed internet, advancing the state's goal of full connectivity. Delivered by Optimum, this expansion brings reliable broadband access to 161 households and 22 businesses in Beauregard Parish. This project was funded through the Granting Unserved Municipalities Broadband Opportunities 1.0 program, administered by ConnectLA. Optimum also announced a $5,000 contribution to the Beauregard Parish School District through its partnership with national education nonprofit DonorsChoose, supporting educational initiatives for teachers and students and reinforcing the company’s commitment to the communities it serves.
