Advance Colorado Broadband Mini Grant Program

The Colorado Broadband Office is excited to announce that it will soon open the Advance Colorado Broadband Mini Grant Program for unobligated funds from both the Capital Projects Fund and State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. CBO expects to publish more details on or around October 3, 2025, and will host a webinar providing information on the program, the associated map and the timeline. The reason for the launch of this grant program is to utilize unobligated funds from the CPF/SLFRF grants that have been returned. The Advance Colorado Broadband Mini Grant Program will focus exclusively on delivering fiber at a minimum of 100 symmetrical speed to unserved and underserved locations throughout the state not already covered by federal or state funding opportunities from the CBO.
