Ziff Davis to Sell Connectivity Division to Accenture for $1.2 Billion

Ziff Davis has agreed to sell its connectivity division, anchored by its Ookla network-intelligence unit, to Accenture for $1.2 billion in cash in a deal that sent shares of the digital media and internet company soaring. Ziff Davis said the division, which includes Ookla’s Speedtest, Ekahau, Downdetector, and RootMetrics brands, generated $231 million in revenue in 2025, or roughly 16 percent of the New York company’s total revenue.
