RiverStreet Communications of Virginia submitted its eleventh quarterly report associated with the gap in meeting its December 31, 2022, interim milestone obligation for its Connect American Fund Phase II (CAF II) auction support (Compliance Gap). RiverStreet must identify the geocoded locations where newly deployed facilities capable of delivering broadband meeting the requisite requirements are located by submitting this information through USAC’s High Cost Universal Broadband (HUBB) portal. RiverStreet reports that it has deployed broadband to 178 locations since its Tenth Quarterly Report filed on December 1, 20253, and that, to date, the company has deployed broadband to a total of 7,212 locations. Accordingly, the company continues to close the compliance gap. Since its Tenth Quarterly Report, RiverStreet  has continued to diligently work to close the Compliance Gap. Specifically, between December 1, 2025, and February 28, 2026, RiverStreet has taken the following steps. Construction and deployment planning activities remain active across Pittsylvania, Amelia, Charlotte, Bedford, Brunswick, Dinwiddie, Nottoway, and Campbell Counties. RiverStreet continues to advance critical pre-construction and regulatory milestones, including completion of low-level design, permit design, permit submissions, and construction drawing validation across multiple counties.
