FCC Announces Conditional Approval of Certain Routers

The Federal Communications Commission’s Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau maintains a list of equipment and services that have been determined to “pose an unacceptable risk to the national security of the United States or the security and safety of United States persons. The Commission has updated the Covered List to reflect the Conditional Approvals that we have received from the Department of War exempting the following routers from the Covered List:

• Gryphon Safety Online, Inc.’s Parental Control WiFi Router (terminating January 10, 2028)
• Sercomm Corporation’s Air4992 Wi-Fi 7 Router (terminating January 10, 2028)
