Here's your to-do list for this week including: gathering data on who is unserved by broadband in your application area, preparing to fight a challenge from incumbent Internet service providers, and start thinking how the National Telecommunications and Information Administration and the Rural Utilities Service can improve their rules for the next funding rounds.
