Broadband expansion delivers high-speed internet to more than 1.5 thousand locations in West Feliciana Parish

Louisiana state and local leaders joined ConnectLA, community stakeholders, and internet service provider Swyft Fiber to mark the completion of a broadband expansion project bringing reliable, high-speed internet to communities across West Feliciana Parish. The project delivers access to 1,423 households and 89 businesses, expanding service in areas that previously lacked dependable connectivity. Supported through Louisiana’s GUMBO 1.0 program, the investment is part of the state’s ongoing effort to accelerate broadband deployment and close remaining coverage gaps.
