Amphenol Corporation to Acquire Connectivity and Cable Solutions Business From CommScope

Amphenol Corporation announced a definitive agreement to acquire CommScope’s Connectivity and Cable Solutions business for $10.5 billion in cash, subject to customary post-closing adjustments.
