Joe Sawasky, President, Merit Networks that "provides networking, security and community services to member organizations that help make our society a better place to learn, discover, work and live – while upholding the principles of an open internet."

Joe will by joined by Charlotte Brewersdorff also of Merit to present Merit's groundbreaking initiative, the Michigan Moonshot and Community Access Overview, a "collective call to action which aims to bridge the digital divide in Michigan."

 

Jen Leasure, CEO of the Quilt, a national association of the country’s leaders in advanced networking in support of research and education. The Quilt provides a national forum for these leaders to collaborate.

Jen will share national trends in wireless innovation by Qulit members and where they're headed in 2021.

 

We'll also get a quick review of emerging wireless resources, many newly available for library use in expanding access and increasing resileince.
