A broadband connection is essential in today’s technology-based society, particularly in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, when connectivity is vital to so many aspects of our daily lives, including health, work, and education. Closing the digital divide is more important now than ever, yet too many low-income and rural communities still do not have the necessary digital resources.
