In 2025, the Minnesota Technology Advisory Council (TAC) focused on strengthening the enterprise foundations required for effective, accountable government. Minnesota continued to lead in responsible artificial intelligence (AI) adoption by strengthening enterprise governance, shared standards, and workforce readiness.
