No One Happy With FCC Chairman’s Speech, Except Broadband Investors

After Federal Communications Commission Chairman Julius Genachowski offer the latest network neutrality proposal on Dec 1, the stocks of major Internet service providers -- Verizon, Time Warner, Cablevision -- are up. Usage-based broadband plans are probably on their way which will probably be good for business because consumers are likely to embrace them. One question for all the critics: Would that be so bad?
