Feds Weigh Cell Phone Ban For Bus, Truck Drivers

A highway safety organization is calling for restrictions on cell phones and texting by drivers of commercial vehicles. Members of Advocates for Highway Safety are asking the federal agency that regulates trucks and buses to give urgent attention to the matter. Next week at Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood's summit, he's expected to announce what the department calls "concrete actions" on issue.
