Dutch ministry publishes mobile policy paper

The Dutch ministry of economic affairs wants to continue promoting competition in the mobile communications market and to lower thresholds for both entrants and existing players. Exiting minister Maria van der Hoeven presented the concept note "Mobile Communication" and opened it up for consultation.
