Dutch law wants more transparency around rates for consumers

The Dutch government will from 1 October enforce additional transparency requirements for rates offered to the private market. Providers must include an easily findable list of rates on their regular site. Minister Maria van der Hoeven of Economic Affairs said the regulation will enable consumers to better compare different subscriptions and will simplify switching to a fixed or mobile subscription.
