Are we giving away the Internet to Russia and China?

[Commentary] Let’s get this out of the way early: no, the Internet isn’t anyone’s to give. No one entity controls the Internet. Yet, as many of you are aware, substantial changes are taking place in the coming weeks that could change the Internet forever. You may be hearing such ideas in places like the opinion pages of the Wall Street Journal. Let’s discuss this supposed “giveaway” of the Internet, what it means, and what is at stake.
