• S.1962, Secure Space Act of 2025 (Fischer, Luján), which aims to strengthen America’s national security by preventing foreign adversaries from accessing and compromising America’s satellite systems.
• S.2378, SAFEGUARDS Act of 2025 (Moran, Van Hollen) 
• S.3257, Mental Health in Aviation Act of 2025 (Hoeven, Duckworth) 
• S.3404, Satellite Cybersecurity Act of 2025 (Peters, Cornyn), which would help commercial satellite owners and operators defend against growing cybersecurity threats
• S.3597, National Quantum Initiative Reauthorization Act of 2026 (Young, Cantwell), aimed at accelerating quantum technology development and real-world applications that are vital to U.S. national security and global economic competitiveness. 
• S.3618, No Fentanyl on Social Media Act (Husted, Klobuchar)
