Benton Institute for Broadband & Society Supports Court Challenge to Unlawful Rollback of Digital Equity Program

Earlier today, the National Digital Inclusion Alliance filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia challenging the Trump Administration’s repeal of the Digital Equity Act Competitive Grant Program. The following statements may be attributed to Benton Institute for Broadband & Society Executive Director Dr. Revati Prasad and Director of Policy Engagement Drew Garner:
