AT&T Government Solutions has been awarded a Connections II contract from the General Services Administration (GSA). The Connections II contract is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery – Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a potential value of $5 billion over the next nine years and three months. Through Connections II, a successor to the current GSA Connections contract, AT&T can compete against other contract holders for individual task orders from federal agencies. The contract will serve as a vehicle for federal agencies to purchase a comprehensive list of telecommunications, network, and professional services for federal building, bases, and other campus-type environments. AT&T will be able to offer full-service telecommunication solutions to federal customers, supplementing existing Networx and regional telecommunication contracts with federal agencies through Connections II.
