The Parents Television Council (PTC) is urging its members to contact state attorneys general offices about MTV's controversial series "Skins." PTC wants an investigation of satellite and cable providers that air the controversial show. The teen drama depicts sex and drug use by high school students. One grievance is that the youngest actor is 15. PTC says local providers may have violated state and local laws against child pornography and exploitation when they distributed the content. The show recently lost its ninth advertiser, but the network said MTV has "not lost any advertising dollars" and maintained that the controversy has actually been good for the show.
