We welcome this commitment and look forward to NTIA's implementation of the Digital Equity Act, established by Congress in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, as well as quick review and approval of states’ Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program applications. We also call on Assistant Secretary Roth to ensure transparency in all decision-making so the government can be held accountable for all public investments in connectivity.”
