FCC Announces Webinar Series on Seniors and Technology in Recognition of Older Americans Month

In honor of Older Americans Month, the Federal Communications Commission is launching a series of webinars to help seniors fully engage in using broadband-enabled communications technology to improve their quality of life The first webinar -- title "Get into the Act...Online" -- will be held Thursday, May 28, from 1 to 2:30pm (EDT). In tackling these important topics, the FCC will be joined by representative from webinar co-hosts: the Department of Education, Department of Housing and Urban Development, National Telecommunications and Information Administration, the Institute of Museum and Library Services and EveryoneOn. The webinar is free and open to the public.
