Ten years ago, Congress received the first National Broadband Plan. What would a plan for this decade say?

In March 2010, at the request of Congress, the Obama administration presented a strategy for expanding the deployment, availability and adoption of broadband Internet access nationwide. The National Broadband Plan included proposals to address "national purposes" through expanded broadband access, including job creation and economic growth, consumer welfare, civic participation, public safety and homeland security, health care, and energy independence and efficiency.

Join alumni of the team who wrote the first plan, Jonathan Sallet who is the author of Broadband for America’s Future: A Vision for the 2020s, and other experts for panels and keynote conversations to discuss what a plan for the next decade would look like.

Other speakers to be announced.
