workshop will include stakeholders and policymakers from the broadband industry and the disability community. The discussion will focus on ways to measure broadband deployment and adoption by persons with disabilities across the globe; social, economic and cultural barriers to broadband deployment and adoption; and outreach and marketing of broadband to people with disabilities. Attendees will be given the opportunity to participate in and contribute to the sessions.
