Danna MacKenzie

Danna comes to the Benton Institute from the Minnesota Broadband Office, where, as Executive Director, she successfully operated several state broadband initiatives, including a large, multi-year broadband infrastructure grant program. She recently served as a working group member for the FCC Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee, focusing on removing barriers to deployment. 

Danna now works independently on broadband projects across the country and has worked with a number of states, individual broadband providers, and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration on digital inclusion and broadband grant projects.
