The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) filed Further Comments in CC Docket 96-45, on Universal Service. NTIA's filing addresses the E-Rate proposal. A joint letter filing also was made by the Secretaries of Education, Agriculture, and Commerce. (Press Release) ( Remarks by President Clinton and Vice President Gore).
