SJ Res 28 Cost Estimate
Submitted by Benton Foundation on May 8, 2008 - 8:45amOn April 24, the Senate Commerce Committee approved SJ Res 28, a joint resolution disapproving the rule submitted by the Federal Communications Commission with respect to broadcast media ownership. The Congressional Budget Office has now reviewed the resolution, also making its way through the House, and determined that enactment of the resolution would have no effect on the federal budget.
