UNIVISION SELLS MUSIC GROUP TO UNIVERSAL

Univision Communications has sold Univision Music Group to Universal Music Group, subject to regulatory approvals. Univision Music Group includes Univision Records, Fonovisa Records, Disa Records, Univision Music Mexico and Univision Music Publishing. Under the terms of the deal, Universal Music Group will continue the partnership between Univision Music Group and the Univision television networks -- Univision, TeleFutura and Galavision. Recording artists from Univision Music Group will continue to make appearances on those networks.
