My Chinese is a little rusty, but I think this article says, "The U.S. is #2 -- again." China now says it has 122 million broadband users -- the most in the world. Sixty percent of Internet users in China use broadband. One-third of the new broadband users are farmers, where the demand for the service is high, China Telecom officials said.
