SCRIPPS TO SEPARATE INTO TWO COMPANIES

E. W. Scripps Co. will split into two publicly traded companies: E.W. Scripps Co. will include its 10 TV stations and newspapers; Scripps Networks Interactive will comprise cable networks and Internet businesses.
