EXEMPTION OF UNIVERSAL SERVICE FUND FROM ANTIDEFICIENCY ACT IN CONTINUING RESOLUTION

The United States Senate passed the continuing resolution (H.J. Res. 20) which contained an important provision to exempt the Universal Service Fund (USF) from the Antideficiancy Act (ADA) for another year.
