1. Rivera reviewing NSF, not FCC. President-elect Obama tapped former Federal Communications Commission member Henry Rivera to review the National Science Foundation for the Presidential Transition team. Susan Crawford and Kevin Werbach were named as Obama-Biden FCC Transition Team Leads.
