The Federal Communications Commission will hold an Open Meeting on Friday, August 22, 2008, scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. in Room TW-C305, at 445 12th Street, S.W., Washington, D.C. The Commission will consider: 1) roaming obligations of Commercial Mobile Radio Service Providers, 2) implementation of the New and Emerging Technologies 911 Improvement Act of 2008, 3) new digital TV must carry rules.
