Will he? Or won't he? That has been the question for weeks now about Vice President Joe Biden's rumored Presidential bid. Despite rumors aplenty, some fed by his inner circle and others by pundits eager for a Democratic contest to match the Republican circus, Vice President Biden has been mostly mum about the subject. But that hasn't squelched the speculation.

And as Vice President Biden headed to Miami (FL) for a talk on community college jobs training programs at Miami Dade College, as well as an appearance at a fundraiser for Senate Democrats, the Vice President apparently picked up a few new passengers on Air Force Two. Namely, the press corps. Five reporters are traveling with Vice President Biden to chronicle his appearance in a key swing state.
