Broadband Penetration at a Crawl in Many Communities

A look at the availability of broadband in Mississippi -- and it ain't too good. According to Roberto Gallardo, research associate at Mississippi State University Southern Rural Development Center, 25% of the state's county's have no broadband lines at all.
