During the briefing, Blair Levin, leading author of the National Broadband Plan, will headline this important event. The SHLB Coalition will launch its Anchor Institution Action Plan Initiative, and the Benton Foundation will review progress made on the National Broadband Plan recommendations regarding community anchor institutions. The agenda will also include representatives of the Chief Officers of State Library Agencies, AASA–the School Superintendents Association, and the Institute for e-Health Policy.
