2:35 – 3:20 p.m. Fostering Innovation and Investment in Broadband Infrastructure

This panel will discuss the Plan’s recommendations for stimulating additional innovation and investment in wired and wireless broadband infrastructure, their implementation status, and the legal and policy challenges they raise. Among other issues, the panel will address additional spectrum for wireless broadband, as well as whether and how data collection, performance standards and transparency requirements drive innovation and investment.
