The M-Enabling Global Summit, a joint initiative of the Global Initiative for Inclusive Information and Communication Technologies (G3ict) and E.J. Krause & Associates (EJK), is the only mobile industry conference and showcase exclusively dedicated to promoting mobile accessible and assistive applications and services for senior citizens and users of all abilities, a market of more than one billion users worldwide, with considerable untapped potential. It explores the latest mobile accessibility solutions available on the marketplace and programs implemented by major corporations to ensure compliance with accessibility standards benefiting the growing population of seniors and users living with disabilities.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Accessibility: A Driver for Mobile Innovation.” Specialized sessions will focus on themes such as new mobile apps and services promoted by the 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA), the next generation of wearable gear, opportunities for users of all abilities with BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), adaptive users interfaces, as well as the latest mobile innovations addressing specific industries and areas of disability and barriers to usage for seniors.
