On March 5, as part of the Mobile Economy Project, Governance Studies at Brookings will host an event focusing on key inventors, how different countries encourage and protect invention, and barriers that need to be overcome in order to promote mobile invention. A panel of experts will discuss the culture of invention that has propelled the mobile industry to the economic forefront.
