An Elite Panel of FCC Experts:
- Michael Copps, FCC commissioner 2001-2011, including acting chairman in the first half of 2009. Mr. Copps is now a special adviser at Common Cause, where he's on the board.
- Reed Hundt, FCC chairman 1993-1997. Mr. Hundt is CEO of the Coalition for Green Capital, which he founded.
- Robert McDowell, FCC commissioner 2006-2013. Mr. McDowell is a visiting fellow at the Hudson Institute's Center for Economics of the Internet.
- Richard Wiley, FCC chairman 1974-1977, and previously a commissioner. Mr. Wiley heads the communications practice of the Wiley Rein law firm, which he founded.

- Howard Buskirk, Communications Daily associate managing editor. Mr. Buskirk has covered the FCC for over a decade and is Communications Daily's senior FCC reporter.
