The conference program consists of presentations selected from submitted paper abstracts, student papers, and proposals for panels, tutorials, and demonstrations.

TPRC is the preeminent global interdisciplinary conference on policy issues in communications, information, and the Internet. TPRC is unique for the breadth and quality of the research presented, the opportunities it provides for interaction among researchers and policy makers, and the political, geographic, and disciplinary diversity of conference participants.
